Angelina Jolie has filed court papers accusing ex-husband Brad Pitt of drunkenly attacking her and their children during a private plane flight in 2016. She says the altercations prompted her to file for divorce.

In a lawsuit over a French winery; that the stars bought when they were together, Jolie detailed what she called abusive behavior, alleging that Pitt grabbed her by the head and attacked two of their children on the 2016 trip.

Mr. Pitt also verbally abused and poured alcohol on his family during the flight from France to Los Angeles, she says.

According to the BCC, The Fight Club actor has denied the allegations.

Angelina’s claim of abusive behavior by Brad Pitt on the private plan first came to light during the former couple’s divorce settlement filing.

However, new details were alleged in Ms. Jolie’s legal team’s filing in Los Angeles on Tuesday. It is part of an ongoing legal battle over Chateau Miraval SA, the former Hollywood couple’s home and vineyard in the south of France.

Mr. Pitt claims that he and his ex-wife agreed not to sell their stakes in the venue without the other’s permission.

Ms. Jolie disputes this, blaming Mr. Pitt for the failure of negotiations to purchase her shares of the property.

According to her cross-complaint, filed on Tuesday, the actor was physically and emotionally abusive to her and their six children, ages 8 to 15, during the private plane flight.

Jolie’s lawyers say she and her children “sat still and silent under blankets” for the remainder of the flight. “Pitt periodically emerged from the back of the plane to yell and swear at them. At one point, he poured beer on Jolie; at another, he poured beer and red wine on the children,” the filing concludes.

The FBI investigated the incident in 2016, and the Authorities decided not to charge anyone.
